Fonesys, Inc. is your one-stop shop for all your Lucent/Avaya programming and repair needs.

We offer a full line of programming services, from simple tech-support on single issues to programming your entire system. Please contact us for further information.

We can repair your broken or damaged equipment, or if you are in a bind offer an advance replacement where we will ship you a unit and credit you for your old "core" when you return it to us.

Our Office Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (normally GMT- 5 hours) Monday through Friday but there is normally someone in the facility from 7:00 AM, and our phone system will page us out-of-hours for Emergency Calls.
